Before scheduling the treatment, a free consultation is required. This gives us the opportunity to discuss your desired brow shape, colour, and style, assess your skin type, and review any relevant medical history to tailor the treatment to you.

AVOID CAFFEINE ON THE DAY
Try to skip caffeine on the morning of your appointment—this helps to reduce excess sensitivity or potential bleeding during the procedure.

HOLD OFF ON CERTAIN TREATMENTS

Avoid any chemical skin treatments such as peels, facials, microdermabrasion, or botox for at least 2 weeks prior.

Stop using acids (like glycolic or salicylic acid), retinoids, and exfoliants in the brow area for at least one week before your appointment.

STEER CLEAR OF BLOOD THINNING PRODUCT
To minimise bruising and swelling, avoid alcohol, aspirin, high-dose vitamin E, fish oil, or other blood-thinning supplements for 48 hours prior to your treatment.

SKIP BROWS STYLING AND ENHANCEMENTS

Please don’t tint, wax, tweeze, or thread your brows for at least 3–5 days beforehand.

If you’ve had any recent sunburn, cuts, eczema flare-ups, or any irritation around your brow area, it’s best to let it fully heal first before proceeding.

On the day of your appointment, please arrive with a clean face free of makeup, lotions, or oils around your brow area—this ensures better pigment retention.
